Welcome to Snuggle Buddy. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the processing, shipment, delivery, and return of orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with Snuggle Buddy, you agree to the policies outlined below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of increased demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified where significant delays occur.


Shipping & Delivery

All Snuggle Buddy products are manufactured and dispatched from the United States.

Estimated delivery timeframe within Australia:

  • 5–10 business days

Estimated delivery timeframe for International Shipping:

  - 7 - 20 business days (depending on destination country)


Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather events, operational delays, or high shipping volumes.

Snuggle Buddy shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


Shipment Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available through the carrier’s system.


Customer Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

Snuggle Buddy accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by the customer.


Returns & Refund Policy

At Snuggle Buddy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the recorded delivery date
  • The product must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Snuggle Buddy reserves the right to deny returns that do not satisfy these conditions.


Return Shipment Requirement

Following approval of a return request, the customer must dispatch the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Failure to return the item within this 7-day period will result in the return request being automatically cancelled and the customer becoming ineligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers must contact Snuggle Buddy within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Failure to report such issues within the stated timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund consideration.
