Refund & Return Policy

At Snuggle Buddy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Please note that returns must first be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Requirement

Once a return request has been approved, the customer must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Failure to return the item within this 7-day period will automatically void eligibility for a refund.

Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.


Shipping Information

All Snuggle Buddy products are manufactured and shipped from the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times within the United States are generally between 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Snuggle Buddy is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To assist with resolving the issue, customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the problem.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
